Our mats are 35mm thick.

Are the mats water and stain resistant?

Yes! our mats are water and stain resistant. We know how messy little ones can get so the added protection will give you some peace of mind.

How long is your warranty?

All of our products come with a 12 month manufacture warranty.

What does your warranty cover?

Our warranty covers any manufacturing issues. Issues such as staining, rips, marks and any and all damages that are caused by the customer are not covered under warranty. Any issues caused by the customer not following our product care rules will also have the warranty voided.

Where can I pick up my order from?

Our warehouse is based in Cleveland 4163 however we also do free delivery locations on the Gold Coast and North Brisbane on rotation every week! You can also use the code ‘PICKUPONLY’ for $20 off pick up orders.

Are the mats made from safe materials?

Yes! our mats are made from safe, odorless toxic-free materials. They have been tested to Australian standards and have the OEKO-TEX standard 100. With stricter testing intended for newborns.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! We offer free shipping Australia wide. We also offer a $20 discount on pick up orders since you shouldn’t pay for shipping!

What are the time frames to receive my order?

Order processing/packing time is 1-2 days. Shipping time is 3-7 business days for QLD orders and 3-12 business days for all other states.
